SAHAJ

Started this year, and also the blog on the note of synchrony and harmony. Looking back it appears the year indeed was of “things falling in their proper place”.

Had resolved not to make any resolutions in the year and hey so this time could actually keep my resolution of not making any!! The idea was to take life as it comes, to be in step with it though (in sync)! ‘zindagika saath nibhate chale gaye” and sure it helped.

First and foremost my son got on the career track. From now on he treads on the path and navigates himself. Slowly waking up from the inertia that was building up at work. Got many long pending, yet boring works done. But there was no obstinacy to get it done. It is this stubbornness that causes the agitation and so the boredom. The word for the year was therefore “SAHAJ”!! Eminent marathi auther pu la Deshpande has said somewhere ‘sahaj te sunder’, that which is at ease is beautiful! There should not be rigid agitation to make things happen. That one should make them happen but with ease and there lies the beauty in it. Indeed very difficult to practice. Too much of leniency brings lethargy and stagnancy too!

Removed lot of long lying rather stagnating waste from life. Mental house keeping or cleansing whatever one may call. But as they say cleaning is never done and complete. It is a process, and one needs to keep doing it. So intend to continue doing it in the next year. There,.......... the resolutions are taking shape already for the next year! Why not, now that I have broken the jinx of not keeping them can dare to make a few this year and keep them too! Yes want to reach the destinations of resolutions but with the ‘ease’ of journey too!

Wish You All A Very Happy, Healthy, Joyous, and A prosperous New-Year!!
